My name is Franz. I sold my property with Red Rocket. The guys are really good, especially Eddie. Because normally selling houses is very stressful. I sold two or three before and the experience I had with him was sensational. They had a problem to put it on the Internet and after a week they got it on the Internet and it took three days only to be sold for our asking price. I could not believe it.
Then the worst part was for me, I had needed to get a pool safety certificate. And I mucked around with the pool fencing, couldn’t get it. I rang Eddie and he organised handyman who fixed it all up. He went out of his way and was really a top agent. The other agents I sold with was quite different. They hadn’t been in contact with me. I didn’t know what’s going on. Eddie was always up to the ball. He rang me, sent me text messages and emails. He kept me informed all the time and dropped in when he was in the area to keep me up to date. When I rang him he returned the calls right away, when he was busy. Because he’s selling other property as well, so he is busy. I sold a property at Paradise Road and it was 1063 days on the market. The house didn’t sell then because the agent didn’t care. And Eddie is different. He knows the local market like nobody else.
And my other sales, I never got the price I asked for. I always take $15,000 less. But he hit the mark. I can tell you how Eddie got the price because I bought off him. He’s squeezing the last dollar out of you. Because I bought the house for $527,500 and they offered $480,000. And he didn’t accept that. So then I said, “Okay, $520,00 and that’s it.” And he squeezed another $7,500 on top of it out of me. And I could not believe it. He knows what he’s doing.
If anybody had asked me before if I would have spent that kind of money, I would’ve said no, but he’s such a good salesman. He makes it so easy. Other agents I believe don’t care because they just want to get some price and after their commission, doesn’t matter what. Eddie is different there. Because he tried to hit the mark or get on top of it. That is something I haven’t seen in any other real estate agents.
The reason why I chose Eddie and not cheaper agents is very simple. Because the result counts at the end of the day. And I had in the past cheaper agents, and as I was saying the house was 1062 days on the market, with no results and it’s just waste of money.
